• SquareUp – Accept credit card payments on your mobile phone with no upfront costs (includes free credit card scanner).

Telephone & Fax Solutions

• Grasshopper – 15 phone extensions for $9.95 a month.
• Google Voice – Use one number to manage all your phones; your Google Voice number is tied to you, not to a particular device or location.
• MyFax – Receive faxes by email and fax from Microsoft Office.

File Sharing & Transfer

• DropSend – Sending files that are too large to email.  Also stores files for sharing later.
• Google Docs – Allows you to embed PDF, Word, PowerPoint and Excel docs on your website as well as share them with clients.
